By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the h77 platform available at https://h77.lol (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "h77", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the h77 Platform. h77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the h77 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and h77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

To register and maintain an account on h77, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. h77 enforces age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned less applicable processing fees.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on h77. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Truthful Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, current, and complete. h77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request that is currently active on the h77 Platform.

h77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where h77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have been circumvented.

To access the full functionality of the h77 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number.
• Create a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify h77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification: h77 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

h77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your h77 account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the processing bank. h77 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. h77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by h77 compliance.
• h77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending verification of account activity.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
• h77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times beyond h77's direct control.

h77 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. h77 reserves the right to determine which bonus applies when multiple offers are eligible simultaneously.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: h77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• No Cash Value: Bonus funds have no independent cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

h77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and actively being played through.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino, and live dealer activity conducted on the h77 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by h77. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or reference number. h77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without explanation.
• Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• Void Bets: h77 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a system error, data feed malfunction, obvious pricing error, or any event outside h77's reasonable control that renders settlement impossible or inequitable.
• Match Abandonment: In the event that a cricket match, football fixture, or other sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or postponed beyond the period specified in the individual sport rules, affected bets will be settled according to h77's sport-specific void and settlement policies.
• Casino Game Results: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. h77 does not interfere with or alter game outcomes. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values provided by the game studio.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game result must be raised with h77 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorised means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any form of artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform without h77's prior written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting designed to guarantee profit or manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion orders or deposit limits imposed by h77 or by the player themselves.
• Transferring account balances, bonuses, or winnings to other h77 accounts or to third parties.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal recreational gambling.

h77 employs advanced fraud detection technology and reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it deems suspicious. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, h77 will withhold all associated funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that will alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot access, deposit into, or place bets on the account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any h77 content without prior written permission.
• Use any h77 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without h77's express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any h77 software or game engine.

Any unauthorised use of h77 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform, including casino losses, failed bets, or expired bonus balances.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability, whether planned or unplanned.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction history resulting from technical failure, cyberattack, or circumstances beyond h77's reasonable control.
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

Force Majeure: h77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond h77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, network or telecommunications failures, or civil unrest.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits h77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

h77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the h77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. h77 may share data with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. h77 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and access control protocols to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.

h77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through h77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
